Every engagement starts with a proper working session. We get into the function completely. Inputs, outputs, breakdowns, and what success looks like in 30 days. We map all of it before we design anything.

Most AI builds stop at deployment. We build a communication layer into every AI employee we deploy. It sends updates, flags problems, and reports on performance. You are not monitoring a system. You are managing an employee.

Day 30+We do not build and disappear.
Every AI employee is reviewed at 30 days against the metrics agreed at strategy stage. If the numbers are there, we build on them. If they are not, we keep working until they are.
